USPES does not accept investors.
USPES uses the services of financial institutions and fund managers which are governed by their jurisdictional regulatory authority.
USPES is not responsible for activities, or lack thereof, of any financial institution or fund manager.
However, to assure safety of its own deposits as well as for entities that may undertake business with USPES, USPES has arranged for any entity that holds accounts with any financial institution that provides services to USPES to have the option to use 205. REPLACING VALUE THAT HAS BEEN LOST FOR ANY REASON.
The same applies to any entity that uses the services of a fund manager used by USPES.
