April 28, 2022
As per https://www.change2100.com/IBOE-LAW/iboe-law.html (“IBOE LAW”), every INSTITUTION that accepts UNITED STATES DOLLARS may accept INTERNATIONAL BILLS OF EXCHANGE (“IBOE”) issued by HOWSE SERVICES, INC (“HOWSE”) on deposit as “CURRENT FUNDS IN LAWFUL MONEY”, at full face value.
In many instances, acceptance of HOWSE IBOE may be legally obligatory.
For example, HOWSE is a customer of FORT HANCOCK, as per https://www.change2100.com/THIBMART/HSI 4-29-2022-1 PURCHASE ORDER .pdf, which means that HOWSE IBOE are covered by the DECLARATION.
For example, HOWSE is a TEXAS USA CORPORATION, which means that HOWSE IBOE are covered by the TEXAS LONG ARM.
For example, unless a contract specifically requires another form of payment, payment with a HOWSE IBOE conforms with TEXAS UCC.
For example, if a contract specifies that payment is to be made through a USA bank, as part of the https://www.change2100.com/GTD/contents/en-us/d3770_372.-CLEARING.html (“CLEARING”) for HOWSE IBOE, this INSTITUTIONAL CLEARING process allows for any USA bank, including FEDERAL RESERVE BANKS, to legally be empowered and capable of processing HOWSE IBOE for CLEARING to make payment.
And, for example, this INSTITUTIONAL CLEARING process allows for any bank anywhere that directly or indirectly relies on the USA FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM to clear items, to legally be empowered and capable of processing HOWSE IBOE for CLEARING to make payment.
An INSTITUTION that accepts HOWSE IBOE may do so and block funds registered on deposit for the purpose of the BENEFICIARY executing the https://www.change2100.com/CLEARING/clearing.html (“CLEARING”) clause of the HOWSE IBOE.
To execute CLEARING, a TRUST whereof the U.S. FEDERAL COURT OFFICER Attorney that signs the HOWSE IBOE as “WITNESS” is the TRUSTEE, and HOWSE is the SETTLOR, may be authorized, by the BENEFICIARY, to use funds deposited with the INSTITUTION to undertake non-depletion business buying and selling gold.
That is, the TRUST, may use the funds, as PROOF OF PAYMENT CAPABILITY; and, authorized by HOWSE, on behalf of the BENEFICIARY, issue a PURCHASE ORDER to OCHO LB, S.A. DE C.V. (“OCHO”) for gold that is part of that registered as per https://www.change2100.com/GTD/contents/en-us/d3698_314.-GOLD-CERTIFICATE.html, offering to pay the full amount deposited for 25% of market value of the gold purchase.
OCHO and HOWSE may authorize the TRUST to issue a PURCHASE ORDER to repurchase the gold, for 50% of market value, with PROOF OF PAYMENT CAPABILITY provided by HSBC LONDON SBLC equal in value to 100% of the market value of the gold, or other equivalent value PROOF OF PAYMENT CAPABILITY.
The INSTITUTION may provide the TRUST a credit facility (“CREDIT”) equal to 50% of the value of the gold purchase, which may additionally be backed by factoring business using CRYPTO CURRENCY provided by HOWSE for use by the TRUST, until the CREDIT has been repaid.
Using the CREDIT, the TRUSTEE may CLEAR the HOWSE IBOE by providing full value to the bank.
Using the remainder of the CREDIT, the TRUSTEE may undertake non-depletion transactions to obtain PROFITS.
The TRUSTEE may use 50% of PROFITS to repay the full CREDIT, with contracted interest and fees, to the INSTITUTION, with the remaining 50% being allocated for disbursements as OCHO may contract with the entity that provided the GOLD CERTIFICATE, with the entity that provided the HSBC LONDON SBLC or equivalent value PROOF OF PAYMENT CAPABILITY, and with the entity that provided HOWSE the CRYPTO CURRENCY.
After all contractual commitments are satisfied, the remaining funds obtained from use of the CREDIT will be held in the TRUST for the benefit of HOWSE, the SETTLOR of the TRUST, to be used as HOWSE may instruct the TRUSTEE.
All percentages herein, terms, and contracts with the INSTITUTION may be negotiated.
