USPES VALUES
VALUES owned by U.S. PROFESIONALES DE EL SALVADOR, S.A. DE C.V. (“USPES”), including those published in DOCS, may be registered in UNITED STATES DOLLARS through commercial transactions within FIDES GESTION FINANCIERA, S.A.P.I. DE C.V. (“FIDES”); and, from there, transferred as registered current funds in lawful money to other institutions. The value, legitimacy, and use of values in FIDES have been placed on Court record in the USA, as per 25. COURT DISMISSAL PRECEDENT; which, because all placements with other institutions originate with FIDES, may also be applicable to such placements. And, because commerce provides exchange of funds through buy/sell transactions, transfers of funds owned by USPES, registered anywhere, may be executed through commerce with deposits in any receiving institution as that institution may request.
USPES is also the principal owner of APEX CAPITAL RESERVE BANK inc. (“ACRBI”) and supports ACRBI with all USPES VALUES.
USPES deposits registered with FIDES, with ACRBI, and with other institutions, including accounts of USPES affiliated entities and subsidiaries, are also included in USPES VALUES.
The only payment instrument that FIDES may issue is an INTERNATIONAL BILL OF EXCHANGE (“IBOE”), such as FORMAT OF IBOE TO MAKE PAYMENT VERSION V.pdf
FIDES IBOE may be exchanged for coins minted by the U.S. TREASURY, as well as for FEDERAL RESERVE NOTES.
Coins minted by the U.S. TREASURY are “legal tender”, and the Secretary of the Treasury accepts FEDERAL RESERVE NOTES as “legal tender”.
Because of 353. PRECEDENT COURT CASE RULING THAT IBOE AND PN ARE CASH FUNDS, physical checks, drafts, notes, and bills, stipulated to be payable in UNITED STATES DOLLARS, are all to be “treated as cash”, and may be convertible (e.g., through commerce) to “legal tender” USA COINS and FEDERAL RESERVE NOTES.
Which means they may be considered to be physical cash money.
