ACPN FORMAT.pdf (“ACPN”) are issued to SUPPLIERS that provide a 19. DRAFT OF PRO-FORMA INVOICE TO BE SUBMITTED TO TEXAS HOLDINGS, INC BY A SUPPLIER (“PRO-FORMA INVOICE”).
ACPN are issued by HOWSE SERVICES, INC (“HOWSE”), a wholly owned subsidiary of TEXAS HOLDINGS, INC (“THI”), but are signed and witnessed only by the ACCEPTOR thereof and by a witness selected by the ACCEPTOR.
Unless otherwise approved in writing by HOWSE, ACPN are not to be used other than as stipulated herein.
Ownership of an ACPN, without restrictions, may be transferred in whole are in part by the holder of the ACPN, or by a holder of a portion thereof, to a USPES JVA PARTNER, in exchange for value as may be negotiated between the holder and the USPES JVA PARTNER.
Selection of and negotiation with a USPES JVA PARTNER must be through an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR, registered in Welcome (“GIDEON’S GATE”).
Once negotiated value has been received by the SUPPLIER, associated products and services, as stipulated in the PRO-FORMA INVOICE, must be delivered accordingly.
