A USPES JVA PARTNER may use 21. SUCCESSFUL ADVERTISING GUARANTEED to sell to a BUYER, paying for the required UNIFORM ADVERTISING WEEK SERVICES (“UAWS”) using credit based on funds the PARTNER has that originated with U.S. PROFESIONALES DE EL SALVADOR, S.A. DE C.V. (“USPES”).
The PARTNER would request to receive all proceeds from REBATES in the form of three 145. FORMAT OF IBOE TO MAKE PAYMENT VERSION V (“IBOE”) issued by FIDES GESTION FINANCIERA, S.A.P.I. DE C.V. (“FIDES”).
The PARTNER would execute the PAYMENT CLAUSE of one FIDES IBOE to repay credit used, with funds to be transferred LEDGER TO LEDGER from FIDES to the FIDES account with APEX CAPITAL RESERVE BANK INC (“ACRBI”) and from there to the USPES account with ACRBI.
The PARTNER would execute the PAYMENT CLAUSE of one FIDES IBOE, with funds to be transferred LEDGER TO LEDGER from FIDES to the FIDES account with ACRBI and from there to the JVA PARTNER account
The PARTNER would execute 2002. OCHO SERVICE to use one FIDES IBOE as per that SERVICE.
Thereby, any product or service may be provided by the PARTNER to any BUYER as per terms and conditions the PARTNER and the BUYER may agree to.
