SUPPLIERS IN HOWSE IBOE CLEARING PROCESS

If a SUPPLIER referred for CLEARING of HOWSE IBOE is not ready, willing, and able to accept a HOWSE IBOE as payment, it is up to the INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR that is working with the SUPPLIER to identify and put in place a SURROGATE for the SUPPLIER that will accept the HOWSE IBOE, execute the CLEARING clause for that HOWSE IBOE, and pay the actual SUPPLIER once the CLEARING has been satisfied.

Additionally, the SUPPLIER or a SURROGATE must initially qualify for the position by purchasing a minimum of $20,000 UNITED STATES DOLLARS worth of UAWS advertising, and receive a $40,000 REBATE registered in a HOWSE LEDGER.

Once a total of $100,000 UNITED STATES DOLLARS or more are registered in the HOWSE LEDGER, the holder may request a HOWSE IBOE and execute the CLEARING clause thereof to obtain equal value deposit in coordinates the holder may designate.

The CONTRACTOR must structure business, including (if necessary) methods of funding the purchase of UAWS, to assure that all parties will be satisfied with the results thereof, prior to execution of PURCHASE ORDERS and INVOICES, or other associated agreements.
