UNDERTAKING BUSINESS WITH A HOWSE IBOE

However, when a HOWSE IBOE is used to undertake business, its CLEARING clause must be executed!
When using a HOWSE IBOE as means of payment, or depositing a HOWSE IBOE as “cash funds”, a specific CLEARING method may be structured, signed by the appropriate parties, and presented along with the HOWSE IBOE, to confirm the exchange value of the HOWSE IBOE.
