HUMANITARIAN FOOD PROJECT FOR UKRAINE

https://www.change2100.com/X4GTD/contents/en-us/d3809_423.-REQUEST-FOR-HUMANITARIAN-ASSISTANCE.html is a list of food items that the UKRAINE EMBASSY in Canada has requested from DIAMOND 7 RANCH, a HOWSE SERVICES, INC (“HOWSE”) ASSOCIATE in Canada.
There are two major parts to honoring this request.
The first is to determine, logistically, who is to supply the food (from anywhere in the world) and who is to supply the shipping (from points of supply to a depot in Poland).
Each of which may require multiple sources, so that coordination is required as well.
Any entities that have capability to provide logistics are cordially and thankfully invited to participate, working with DIAMOND 7 RANCH!
The second is to provide payment.
To support this major humanitarian effort being undertaken by DIAMOND 7 RANCH, CAFELET LLC, a Texas USA firm, has arranged for payment to be made using https://www.change2100.com/THIBMART/DIRECTORY-1/contents/en-us/d130_124.-HOWSE-IBOE-WITH-CLEARING-BILL-PAY.html (“HOWSE IBOE”) valued at $1 Billion UNITED STATES DOLLARS.
The HOWSE IBOE, as per https://www.change2100.com/IBOE-LAW/iboe-law.html, constitutes legal “cash funds”.
But size and policies of institutions make it difficult to use with financial institutions, other than with entities that have the stature to do so.
And, even if accepted, the https://www.change2100.com/CLEARING/clearing.html (“CLEARING”) of the HOWSE IBOE must at some point be executed.
CLEARING requires business to be structured to produce profits.
The necessary business may be structured with the SUPPLIERS and SHIPPING ENTITIES, for the benefit of everyone, backed by registered securities that have been made available for this purpose by entities that have engaged JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENTS monitored by CAFELET and using a USA FEDERAL COURT OFFICER as the PAYMASTER, through an IOLTA with a major USA bank.
There will be no payment required by UKRAINE or by folks that receive the food.
But full payment will be made to SUPPLIERS and SHIPPING ENTITIES.
