If a factorer is not available and you want to CLEAR a HOWSE IBOE, you may refer businesses that want to sell anything to CAFELET and/or businesses that want to buy anything.
CAFELET may purchase from VENDORS and sell to BUYERS, and use profits to accumulate funds for factoring, deposited in the IOLTA of the PAYMASTER used for CLEARING.
CAFELET may encourage BUYERS by arranging 200% REBATES.
CAFELET may encourage VENDORS by arranging payments equal to twice the prices charged by the VENDORS.
