HOTEL STORY USING HOWSE IBOE

The “HOTEL STORY” has someone providing a hotel $300 UNITED STATES DOLLARS as a deposit in exchange for keys to check out rooms.
The hotel manager is about to place the funds in the safe when the caterer that provide food for a group the previous night presents a $300 UNITED STATES DOLLARS bill, which the hotel manager promptly pays with the $300 UNITED STATES DOLLARS he has in hand.
The caterer leaves the hotel and is met by the farmer that provides him produce, who presents the caterer an invoice for $300 UNITED STATES DOLLARS; which the caterer promptly pays with the funds in hand.
The farmer goes to a doctor’s office next door to the hotel, and pays a medical bill of $300 UNITED STATES DOLLARS.
The doctor sends his front desk employee to the hotel to make a reservation for his in-laws, giving her the $300 UNITED STATES DOLLARS.
The young lady goes to the hotel, makes the reservation, and pays $300 UNITED STATES DOLLARS.
The party that was checking out the rooms comes back, returns the keys, and receives a return of his $300 UNITED STATES DOLLARS.
Now, consider someone wants to buy the hotel, putting up $1 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS in earnest money.
The realtor takes the $1 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS and provides it to the title company.
The title company holds the money, but the owner of the hotel decides he doesn’t want to sell, so he authorizes the title company to return the money.
If the money was in the form of a HOWSE IBOE, which by law is cash, it would have circulated without ever having its CLEARING ADDENDUM executed.
On the other hand, if the hotel owner went through with the sale, the CLEARING ADDENDUM would be executed and funds in any requested form deposited in coordinates specified by the title company.
