In 1966, UNITED NATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRADE LAW as per UNCITRAL was established, including the issuing and use of Bills of Exchange.

In 2022 the following letter was addressed to a major USA bank by the ATTORNEY that witnesses the issuing of HOWSE IBOE and is responsible for execution of CLEARING ADDENDUMS associated therewith: 504. LETTER TO BANK CERTIFYING HOWSE IBOE TO BE CASH (change2100.com) password "attorney".
However, for each HOWSE IBOE it is essential to execute 372. CLEARING (change2100.com).
Thus, HOWSE IBOE are to be accepted, but a party presenting a HOWSE IBOE for deposit or as payment, MUST adhere to and fully cooperate with HOWSE as per CLEARING!
