BUY COFFEE WITH ZERO NET COST
Any grade of coffee from El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras, may be obtained by negotiating with OCHO L.B., S.A. DE C.V. (“OCHO”) in El Salvador.
Your company may negotiate the price, which must cover cost of product, shipping, and profit for OCHO.
You may put your payment funds in an account (“HOLDING ACCOUNT”) you or your Attorney may establish with an institution that is acceptable to OCHO.
OCHO has a relationship through which it may use services of an IOLTA (“PAYMENT IOLTA”) in PNC that OCHO accepts payments from.
The HOLDING ACCOUNT depositor and the PAYMENT IOLTA Attorney may coordinate business related to your purchase of coffee from OCHO.
Once you have placed funds in the HOLDING ACCOUNT, you may issue a PROMISSORY NOTE, collateralized by funds in the HOLDING ACCOUNT, to pay OCHO for the coffee.
The PROMISSORY NOTE would specify that you will use funds in the HOLDING ACCOUNT to undertake non-depletion transactions through FIDES GESTION FINANCIERA, S.A.P.I. DE C.V. (“FIDES”, Monterey NL Mexico), to generate PROFITS through which the PROMISSORY NOTE shall be paid.
Disbursements of PROFITS would be as may be negotiated, but would include payment of the PROMISSORY NOTE through deposits in the PAYMENT IOLTA, from which OCHO may draw or transfer funds at the sole discretion of OCHO.
You may keep the coffee to use in your business, or you may resell the coffee.
RESELL THE COFFEE WITH 100% PROFIT
Following the protocol indicated above, you may acquire coffee with zero net cost, so that when you resell the coffee, all proceeds are free and clear and represent 100% profit!
To resell the coffee you may negotiate a price with a BUYER, and accept a https://www.change2100.com/THIBMART/HOWSE IBOE WITH NEGOTIABLE ADDENDUMS VERSION 2.pdf (“HOWSE IBOE”) as payment.
The BUYER may obtain HOWSE IBOE at zero net cost by using www.employeegold.info facilities.
A CLEARING ADDENDUM is the stipulated process for exchanging HOWSE IBOE value to other forms of “current funds in lawful money”, as the BUYER and you may determine.
The CLEARING ADDENDUM of the HOWSE IBOE may specify that the payment will be deposited into coordinates that you may specify, with an institution that has accepted to follow procedures as required by https://www.change2100.com/IBOE-LAW/iboe-law.html (“IBOE LAW”), as described in https://www.change2100.com/X4GTD/contents/en-us/d3960_572.-BANKING-PROCEDURES-LETTER.html
Or, the CLEARING ADDENDUM may stipulate that you will refer business to the BUYER for execution of https://www.employeegold.info/contents/en-us/d22_EMPLOYEE-GOLD-COMMITMENTS.html to generate profits with which the CLEARING ADDENDUM of the HOWSE IBOE shall be satisfied.
Or, the CLEARING ADDENDUM may otherwise be negotiated between you and the BUYER.
