A BUYER as in USPES AND FIDES COMMERCIAL EXCHANGE SERVICE ("2000") may obtain money to pay:
By executing previous business unrelated to 2000.
By using credit that may be arranged through FIDES or other sources.
By reselling to other BUYERS.
By leveraging through repeating execution of transactions as per 2000.
By reselling to ECOPAYFINANCIAL, LLC (“ECOPAY”, BAHAMAS)
By arranging non-depletion commerce through FIDES or other entities.
By exchanging FIDES IBOE for (“ACRBI”)DRAFTS and CLEARING them through OPEN LETTER TO ACRBI ACCOUNT HOLDERS FOR USE WITH OTHER INSTITUTIONS.
By, subject to approval by U.S. PROFESIONALES DE El SALVADOR, S.A. DE C.V. (“USPES”), purchasing UNIFORM ADVERTISING WEEK SERVICES (“UAWS”) to leverage value through REBATE processing.
By negotiating through FIDES to take advantage of leveraging available to firms incorporated in EL SALVADOR to leverage value of assets.
