SERVICE REQUIREMENT

A DEPOSITORY used by FIDES GESTION FINANCIERA, S.A.P.I. DE C.V. may require a specific charge for specific service requests.
Additionally, U.S. PROFESIONALES DE EL SALVADOR, S.A. DE C.V. (“USPES”) may be the origin of funds in many ACRBI accounts (“USPES FUNDED ACCOUNTS”).
Each request made to any entity, and each transaction proposed with any entity, related to USPES FUNDED ACCOUNTS, must be approved by a USPES JVA PARTNER; and, must be accompanied with a purchase of UNIFORM ADVERTISING WEEK SERVICES (“UAWS”), using approved cash and/or credit.
The purchase of the UAWS shall be to provide payment for continuity of advertising published in GET THINGS DONE.
Payments for UAWS purchased as per this protocol must be made to coordinates that will be provided once an order for UAWS has been placed through an internet location as directed by an assigned INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR (“CONTRACTOR”).
Subject to approval by a USPES JVA PARTNER, the value of UAWS purchased for each request or transaction is to be negotiated with the CONTRACTOR; as to amount, amount to be paid with cash into specified coordinates, and amount to be provided through commercial credit.
UAWS purchases result in REBATES that, when processed, can produce up to three times the value of UAWS purchased; one third to provide recovery of funds paid and to pay for credit used; one third to provide as income to the BUYER; and, one third to be provided to the USPES JVA PARTNER that approves the purchase.
