EXCHANGE SERVICE PROVIDER

An EXCHANGE SERVICE PROVIDER (“ESP”) is a USPES JVA PARTNER that has established a CHANNEL through which a USPES PROMISSORY NOTE may be processed to provide funds deposited in target institutions as per MODEL FOR 3002.xlsx (“3003”).
At the top of 3003 it is stipulated that use of the model requires compliance with 1048. SERVICE REQUIREMENTS (“1048”).
1048 specifically targets accounts at (“ACRBI”) but is applicable for value in any form or in any institution for which U.S. PROFESIONALES DE EL SALVADOR, S.A. DE C.V. (“USPES”) accepts to issue a USPES PROMISSORY NOTE.
An ESP may satisfy 1048 for its own transfers using commercial credit offered by USPES for the purchase of UNIFORM ADVERTISING WEEK SERVICES (“UAWS”, NEWS7004.pdf).
Other entities, including USPES JVA PARTNERS that do not have their own CHANNEL, wishing to have an ESP provide services as per 3003 may purchase UAWS, using a combination of cash paid and commercial credit approved by USPES, at the moment of placing an order through a site designated by and under the supervision of an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR.
