Refer seven companies to an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR that register as SUPPLIERS for A MAJOR GENERAL CONTRACTOR by executing 3019. A MAJOR GENERAL CONTRACTOR (“3019”).
Ask the CONTRACTOR to use income to register your company as a SUPPLIER for the MAJOR GENERAL CONTRACTOR.
Use resulting funding to repay the CONTRACTOR plus leverage and create deposit at a USPES APPROVED FINANCIAL INSTITUTION ("INSTITUTION") as required by 3019.
