BUSINESS EXCHANGING OF NOTES

A USPES JVA PARTNER may function as an EXCHANGE SERVICE PROVIDER and provide funds to guarantee no loss in trading transactions for profits to EXCHANGE a U.S. PROFESIONALES DE EL SALVADOR, S.A. DE C.V. PROMISSORY NOTE (“USPES PROMISSORY NOTE”).
The transactions may be undertaken by an USPES APPROVED FINANCIAL INSTITUTION ("INSTITUTION") DEPOSITOR, using funds deposited with the INSTITUTION or elsewhere by the DEPOSITOR, or as may be arranged by the DEPOSITOR, as may be required for selected transactions.
Profits may be shared, 50% for the DEPOSITOR and 50% for the JVA.
50% of JVA profits may be used to CLEAR USPES PROMISSORY NOTES presented to the USPES JVA PARTNER by parties that refer the DEPOSITORS, with the remainder retained as JVA profit.
