OIL TRANSACTION EXAMPLE

OIL VOLT wants to buy oil from PETROMINERALES and resell to A MAJOR GENERAL CONTRACTOR.
PETROMINERALES, OIL VOLT, and the MAJOR GENERAL CONTRACTOR are all U.S. PROFESIONALES DE EL SALVADOR, S.A. DE C.V. (“USPES”) JV PARTNERS.
OIL VOLT has arranged to send funds from APEX CAPITAL RESERVE BANK Inc. (“ACRBI”) to an account holder (“AH”) with a major bank via KTT.
The AH charges a 60% service fee.
OIL VOLT JV must arrange for the AH to provide an invoice to be paid by OIL VOLT via KTT.
The INVOICE to OIL VOLT JV from AH must show a charge for “SERVICES AND FEES” for an amount equal to 60% of the total amount.
For the remaining 40%, OIL VOLT JV must use a site designated by CAFELET, LLC to purchase UNIFORM ADVERTISING WEEK SERVICES (“UAWS”) for the full 40% value for the benefit of CAFELET.
The INVOICE Issued by AH must include a commitment to pay, within 48 hours of receiving payment of the INVOICE, sent via KTT by OIL VOLT JV, to account coordinates specified by CAFELET, of the full amount owed by OIL VOLT JV for the purchase of UAWS.
That is, the funds sent via KTT by OIL VOLT JV are a payment for purchases of UAWS from USPES and for services and fees charged by AH, by OIL VOLT JV.
Once the funds have arrived into the account specified by CAFELET, in compliance with the OIL VOLT JV, CAFELET will transfer 10% thereof to account coordinates specified by OIL VOLT JV.
The remainder will be managed by CAFELET on behalf of USPES.
On behalf of USPES, CAFELET may use funds paid for UAWS to deposit in a TIER 1 BANK to be used by a designated DEPOSITOR, as per BUYING AT NET ZERO COST WITH EQUAL VALUE INCOME (“3037”), in non-depletion commerce to create profits that may be used, as per 3037, for OIL VOLT JV to be sold oil by PETROMINERALES JV, and by OIL VOLT JV to the MAJOR GENERAL CONTRACTOR JV
