USPES JVA PARTNERS AND 3007

USPES JVA PARTNERS may use funds they have on deposit with APEX CAPITAL RESERVE BANK INC. (“ACRBI”) as collateral for credit to purchase, or arrange purchases, of UNIFORM ADVERTISING WEEK SERVICES (“UAWS”), for their own benefit.
That is the basis for 3007. BUY UAWS FOR PROJECT FUNDING (“3007”).
Thus, they may agree to fund projects as long as the PROJECT PROPONENT contributes the initial $20,000 UNITED STATES DOLLARS payment as required by 3007.
Thus, subject to terms of the JVA, this allows USPES JVA PARTNERS to use their ACRBI funding without depletion, creating a flow of income from UAWS, plus support worthwhile projects to put people to work and make the world a better place.
