PINNACLE FARMS proposes to sell food or related items (including equipment, facilities, and projects) for growing, processing, or marketing food to BUYERS.
PINNACLE FARMS proposes to use 3031. CONTRACTORS, CENTERS, SUPPLIERS, and BUYERS to undertake business.
For this purpose, PINNACLE FARMS maintains an account with APEX CAPITAL RESERVE BANK INC. (“ACRBI”) and uses commerce as per 1053. TEMPLATES to transfer funds to provide payments.
The result can be that BUYERS may buy FROM PINNACLE FARMS at net zero cost, plus receive an equal value income, plus enjoy continual added value from non-depletion business with funds received.
And, SUPPLIERS may sell to PINNACLE FARMS and enjoy income equal to twice the price invoiced.
