NOTICE TO USPES JVA PARTNERS

After USPES recovers 100% of value transferred and invested through a USPES JVA PARTNER (“JV1”), if JV1 is an investment established through another JV (“JV2”), USPES shall issue to JV2 USPES PROMISSORY NOTES equal to 100% of additional value as it is received by USPES from JV1, which JV2 shall use or disburse as per JVA.

When processing for GARANTIA and OCHO, as per 1053, JV1 will charge 50% of values submitted by GARANTIA and OCHO, and JV1 shall use or disburse these funds as per the JVA; any additional costs would be covered by JV1 processing additional USPES PROMISSORY NOTES provided by OCHO.
