Please read 3031. CONTRACTORS, CENTERS, SUPPLIERS, and BUYERS (“3031”).
It is up to you to find BUYERS.
It is up to you to find SUPPLIERS.
It is up to you to execute business as per your JVA.
You may use relationships with other USPES JVA PARTNERS to do business as per 3031, but you are not required to do so.
So… if you need a PRODUCT or SERVICE and you cannot obtain it through another USPES JVA PARTNER, you may find it yourself in the world market.
If you have a product or service available and you do not have another BUYER, you may arrange to sell to CAFELET, LLC (“CAFELET”) or to another USPES JVA PARTNER approved by CAFELET.
Any business may be approved to be a BUYER.
Any business may be approved to be a SUPPLIER.
Any business, as SUPPLIER, may sell to you as per 3031.
Any business, as BUYER, may buy from you as per 3031.
A SUPPLIER may sell to you, you may resell to another USPES JVA PARTNER, who may resell to CAFELET, and CAFELET may resell to you or to the SUPPLIER, as per 3031.
In short, you do not have to rely on anyone but yourself to undertake profitable buy/sell transactions.
