PREPAYMENT OF TAXES

Taxes on funds originating with U.S. PROFESIONALES DE EL SALVADOR, S.A. DE C.V. (“USPES”) have been prepaid in various jurisdictions.
Payments have been made using INTERNATIONAL BILLS OF EXCHANGE (“IBOE”), which, as per 353. PRECEDENT COURT CASE RULING THAT IBOE AND PN ARE CASH FUNDS (ENGLISH COMMON LAW), are to be treated as cash.
The tax prepayment amounts have been sufficient to pay NATIONAL DEBTS owed by governments at the time of issue of the IBOE.
The IBOE specify that they may be collected and exchanged for other forms of currency using commerce.
USPES undertakes commerce through USPES JVA PARTNERS.
As per commercial agreements, USPES has provided a USPES JVA PARTNER, on deposit in an account with APEX CAPITAL RESERVE BANK inc. (“ACRBI”), sufficient funds to exchange for all IBOE payments provided as prepayment of taxes; which may be provided at any time to taxing authorities in exchange for the IBOE, that have been issued for that purpose.
