USPES JV ADVERTISING EMPLOYMENT SOLUTION

Advertisements to be selected by USPES JV from entries in GET THINGS DONE (“GTD”).
USPES JV may use SOBE PPA FUTURE ENERGY PURCHASE SPREADSHEET.xlsx (“SOBE”) to obtain funds to purchase ADVERTISING GARMENTS with panels on back that show rotating advertisements; or, that may simply display a website for an advertisement selected by USPES JV; from those published in GTD.
The price would be determined by a SUPPLIER, as per 3031. CONTRACTORS, CENTERS, SUPPLIERS, and BUYERS (“3031”).
Through SOBE, funds may also be obtained for USPES JV to pay an agreed upon income to EMPLOYEES or INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS (“USERS”) that wear the ADVERTISING GARMENTS, plus an equal value to be retained as profit by the USPES JV.
Payments to CONTRACTORS may be provided through accounts established with selected banks that provide debit cards for worldwide use.
USPES JV may also use SOBE for funds to be provided for a SUPPLIER to provide new insured ADVERTISING VEHICLES to USPES JV, replaceable every year by additional funding through SOBE.
The ADVERTISING VEHICLES may be any vehicle, including operating expenses such as maintenance and fuel; including cars, trucks of any size, helicopters, airplanes, blimps, boats, yachts, ships, or even space shuttles, as requested by USPES JV; plus, income, benefits, and other related HR expenses, for drivers, pilots, crew, and support personnel; with equal income to the USPES JV.
An ADVERTISING VEHICLE would display a website location for an advertisement selected by USPES JV from those published in GTD.
USPES JV may use SOBE to be provided twice all costs for ADVERTISING GARMENTS and ADVERTISING VEHICLES, as described above, as well as twice all costs related to creating meaningful work for EMPLOYEES or CONTRACTORS.
Thus, by using SOBE services to help clean up the world and provide energy as well as recyclable materials, USPES JV may provide income at any level to employees or contractors, or may resell SOBE to BUYERS, as per 3031, at net zero cost plus equal value income.
BUYERS may be businesses or governments wanting to profit by providing income at any level to employees or contractors.
Also, by registering INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, to seek out participants in this plan; since it involves extensive use of UNIFORM ADVERTISING WEEK SERVICES (“UAWS”), USPES JV as CENTERS may earn 16% and CONTRACTORS may earn 16% of UAWS value.
THIS PLAN PROVIDES INCENTIVE FOR EMPLOYMENT FOR EVERYONE THAT WANTS TO WORK, AT ANY LEVEL OF PROFESSIONAL VALUE, FOR ANY BUSINESS THAT WANTS TO PROSPER, AND FOR ANY GOVERNMENT THAT WANTS TO ELIMINATE COSTS, WORLDWIDE; FUNDED BY SOBE CLEANING UP THE ENVIRONMENT AND PRODUCING ENERGY!
