NON-RECOURSE BUSINESS FUNDING

A USPES JV may hold significant funds on deposit in a JV account with APEX CAPITAL RESERVE BANK inc. (“ACRBI”).
If your business needs funds for any legitimate approved purpose, as per EMPLOYEE GOLD, you may negotiate non-recourse funding through a USPES JVA PARTNER.
A USPES JV may use a contracted channel to move funds from ACRBI to wherever they are needed.
That is, the USPES JV may transfer funds from its ACRBI account to a USPES selected PAYMASTER’S ACCOUNT.
The PAYMASTER may exchange up to 10% of the amount received from the USPES JV to coordinates specified by the USPES JVA PARTNER, which may include non-recourse funding, as negotiated with the USPES JVA PARTNER, to be provided to your business.
To accelerate that exchange, the PAYMASTER may advance funds received from other business already undertaken through that means; replacing the advanced funds with proceeds from your transaction when received.
The PAYMASTER would, as per the JVA, provide another 10% of the amount transferred from the JV account, as income to USPES.
The PAYMASTER would use 80% of funds transferred from the JV account to purchase, for the benefit of the PAYMASTER, using a site of an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR approved as per the JVA, UNIFORM ADVERTISING WEEK SERVICES (“UAWS”).
Through REBATE processing the PAYMASTER may obtain funds to provide the USPES JV 160% of value transferred from the JV account to make the purchase, as income/profit from the transaction.
As specified above, the PAYMASTER may transfer up to 10% of the amount received initially from the USPES JV account to coordinates specified by USPES JVA PARTNER, to include funding for your business.
