U.S. PROFESIONALES DE EL SALVADOR, S.A. DE C.V. (“USPES”); TEXAS HOLDINGS, INC (“THI”); HOWSE SERVICES, INC (“HOWSE”); CAFELET, LLC (“CAFELET”); OCHO L.B., S.A. DE C.V. ("OCHO"); PILOT ASSET MANAGEMENT, INC (“PILOT”); and, AFFILIATES, undertake commercial business.

Business undertaken by USPES JVA PARTNERS, to use funds originating with USPES, must be legal business, and must be approved as per the JVA by CAFELET.

Any USPES JVA PARTNER, or customer thereof,  may exchange funds held in any depository for equal value to be held in any other depository by executing purchases of POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENTS through TRIDENT LANES CORPORATION and reselling to CAFELET, LLC. to obtain funds to be deposited in selected coordinates.
