3073. PIPIL CHAPULTEPEC (“3073”) execution stands on “two legs”.
That is, the purchase of UNIFORM ADVERTISING WEEK SERVICES (“UAWS”) using cash and/or credit; and, a deposit of $10 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS or more held in a DEPOSITOR’S account in a TIER 1 BANK.
Either “leg” may be used to “grow” the other “leg”!
For example, the “UAWS leg” may used by one or more parties, for them to triple their funds, and those initial purchases may provide a deposit of $10 Million or more for the “TIER 1 BANK leg”.
For example, use of the “TIER 1 BANK leg” may provide the funds for the use of the “UAWS leg”.
Or, use of either “leg” for another 3073 transaction may repetitively be used for execution of 3073 by another USPES JVA PARTNER.
