For that purpose, USPES JVA PARTNERS are requested to purchase $750 UNITED STATES DOLLARS worth of UAWS so as to obtain $2,250 UNITED STATES DOLLARS value of USPES PROMISSORY NOTES.
If the $750 is a problem, start with $250 and use 3084. UAWS AND CLEARING CHART ; or, as a CONTRACTOR, or as a CENTER, please have someone else purchase UAWS sufficient for the 16% earnings to provide the $750 funds
Having obtained the $2,250 value of USPES PROMISSORY NOTES, you may use 3098, 3099, and 3100, to CLEAR the NOTES.
And, use proceeds to pay for the 3085 service.
