PIPIL CHAPULTEPEC

OCTOBER 4, 2023

The Native Americans in El Salvador were given the name PIPIL by Aztec warriors that went with Pedro de Alvarado to conquer Cuscatlan - city of lights or city of mirrors, that was founded five hundred years earlier.

PIPIL means “child” in Aztec, and the inhabitants were given that name because their language was a derivative of Aztec, and seemed like child babble.

But these people were fierce warriors and were only conquered by hundreds of years of societal integration.

CHAPULTEPEC was a military academy for children in Mexico City that was thought to be a military stronghold by General Zachery Taylor during the USA-MEXICO war.

After weeks of fierce fighting General Taylor prevailed and all the CHAPULTEPEC cadets were killed.

General Taylor is said to have wept when he realized the fierce enemy, he had overwhelmed only by having a much larger force, were children.

In honor of the PIPIL and the CHAPULTEPEC “children”, a major CAFELET, LLC (“CAFELET”) project has been commenced, under the name PIPIL CHAPULTEPEC.

The PIPIL CHAPULTEPEC project is to provide facilities, starting along the USA MEXICO border and expanding along borders throughout the Americas, to process landfill materials to produce organic fertilizer and recyclable materials.

The contents of landfills would be purchased and shipped to these facilities, to be converted into fertilizer and recyclable materials, which may then be used or marketed.

The USA, Mexico, and all nations in the Americas will benefit by the utilization of landfill materials instead of such causing eyesore and health hazards.

Starting now, futures trading of landfill materials may be used to produce profits to fund the development of PIPIL CHAPULTEPEC facilities, to build homes for workers, to pay personnel, and to provide at borders well paying jobs so that arriving immigrants need go no further to obtain the protection and income they desperately seek!

That is, to provide “walls” through commerce and opportunity, paid for by the project itself!

Owners of landfills may sell future delivery of their product to TEXAS HOLDINGS, INC (“THI”) through PRO-FORMA INVOICES such as DRAFT OF PRO-FORMA INVOICE TO BE SUBMITTED TO TEXAS HOLDINGS, INC BY A SUPPLIER.

Payment in ACPN may be processed to provide UNITED STATES DOLLARS deposits in any selected institution.

THI may sell the product through FIDES GESTION FINANCIERA, S.A.P.I. DE C.V. (“FIDES”) to BUYERS who, until the facilities are functional so they can resell to CAFELET, LLC, may arrange to resell through FIDES and PRO-FORMA INVOICES to THI and be paid with ACPN that may be used to obtain UNITED STATES DOLLARS deposits in any selected institution.

In short, the PIPIL CHAPULTEPEC project is open for business now, making garbage valuable!
