PETROMINERAL is a firm in VENEZUELA through which products produced by PDVSA may be purchased.

Products and services may be added as they are made available.
PETROMINERAL sells products and services through intermediary firms to ECOPAY in the BAHAMAS; and, ECOPAY may arrange to satisfy all requests made by END BUYERS, through a LAW FIRM (“ECOPAY LAW FIRM”).
In the event products requested by an END BUYER are not available from VENEZUELA, PETROMINERAL may purchase these for resale through intermediaries to ECOPAY, and thereby to an END BUYER, through the ECOPAY LAW FIRM.
However, ECOPAY will only accept customers that are referred by HOWSE SERVICES, INC (“HOWSE”) AFFILIATES and ASSOCIATES.
An END BUYER must negotiate with an AFFILIATE or an ASSOCIATE through an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR, to be referred.
NORMAL PURCHASE PROCEDURES
An END BUYER may arrange purchase and delivery through normal industry procedures, as may be negotiated on behalf of ECOPAY through the ECOPAY LAW FIRM.
A BETTER WAY
But 809. STRUCTURING A VENEZUELAN OIL TRADE (change2100.com) (“809”) offers a better way.
An END BUYER may start, as per 809 (1.), by negotiating with an entity that has access to FIDES IBOE, as that is required in order to take advantage of 809.
For example, through an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR, an END BUYER may arrange FIDES IBOE support, up to over $1 Trillion UNITED STATES DOLLARS, through a TRUST established to provide capital for the recently created KINGDOM OF KUSH.
For example, a CONTRACTOR may arrange FIDES IBOE support up to $75 Billion UNITED STATES DOLLARS, through a Canadian firm that offers to “feed the world”.
For example, FIDES IBOE support up to $100 Billion UNITED STATES DOLLARS may be provided by a USA firm that is focused on finding a cure for Alzheimer’s.
For example, FIDES IBOE support up to $75 Billion UNITED STATES DOLLARS by another USA firm that has a product to reduce pollution from use of carbon-based fuels.
Or, for example, FIDES IBOE support up to $1 Billion UNITED STATES DOLLARS from multiple entities, both USA and otherwise.
In addition to any of the above, the ECOPAY LAW FIRM would require a FIDES IBOE it holds be used in the process.
NEGOTIATING USE OF FIDES IBOE
As may be negotiated through a CONTRACTOR, a holder (including the ECOPAY LAW FIRM) of a FIDES IBOE will require an upfront payment for its use.
That payment may be satisfied, with profit to an END BUYER, by executing 629. WHY BUY UAWS (change2100.com) (“629”).
OBTAIN AND USE A PROMISSORY NOTE TO DO BUSINESS
As per 809 (1.), with the support of FIDES IBOE, an END BUYER may obtain and provide a PROMISSORY NOTE as per 146. SAMPLE SECURED PROMISSORY NOTE (change2100.com) (“NOTE”).
The NOTE must be signed by a U.S. FEDERAL COURT OFFICER, to provide it undeniable value as cash, as per 790. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT (change2100.com) (“790”).
An INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR may, on behalf of an END BUYER, negotiate for an Attorney to sign the NOTE.
An END BUYER may execute business as per 809 (2.) through (5.), under the direction of the CONTRACTOR.
PROFITTING BY USING THE NOTE
As per 809 (5.), an END BUYER may accrue, as profit, UNITED STATES DOLLARS equal in value to the NOTE value, deposited in coordinates selected by the END BUYER.
PAYING FOR WHAT AN END BUYER WANTS TO BUY
As per 809 (6.), under the direction of the CONTRACTOR, an END BUYER may resell the future production through the ECOPAY LAW FIRM to PETROMINERAL and use proceeds to purchase product for delivery as offered by PETROMINERAL.
The product may be as shown in 811. CORPORACION PETROMINERAL PRODUCTS (change2100.com) (“811”).
Or, the product may be any legal item (of any nature) that an END BUYER, through a CONTRACTOR, may request PETROMINERAL arrange to be provided, as PETROMINERAL may negotiate, through a CONTRACTOR as authorized by ECOPAY.
COST RECOVERY
Or, by presenting, through a CONTRACTOR, invoices from other purchases and requesting that proceeds from this process be used to undertake business as per 629, an END BUYER may obtain equal value funds to recover payments made for other business plus an additional equal value profit.
PURCHASE PROCESS
An END BUYER may be any legitimate entity, approved by ECOPAY LAW FIRM, that wishes to profit through buying, and obtain at net-zero cost any legal product from any legal source.
Through a CONTRACTOR, an END BUYER may negotiate use of FIDES IBOE held by ECOPAY LAW FIRM and from other sources, for the END BUYER to produce a PROMISSORY NOTE (“NOTE 1”) and use 809 to process purchasing from ECOPAY, through the ECOPAY LAW FIRM.
TEXAS ACQUISITIONS FIRM, INC (“TAFI”), through its subsidiaries, has been in oil related business since 1983; and, TAFI also holds FIDES IBOE value.
ECOPAY may use the FIDES IBOE held by the ECOPAY LAW FIRM, and other contracted use of FIDES IBOE, to produce a PROMISSORY NOTE (“NOTE 2”) and use 809 to process purchasing from TAFI.
CIPSA is a firm in HONDURAS that is in the process of building refineries to process VENEZUELA production.
TAFI may use the FIDES IBOE held by the ECOPAY LAW FIRM, and other contracted use of FIDES IBOE, to produce a PROMISSORY NOTE (“NOTE 3”) and use 809 to process purchasing from CIPSA.
TEXAS HOLDINGS, INC. ("THI") is a USA firm that has paid a PRO-FORMA INVOICE for future delivery of product as per Microsoft Word - Formato FSPO Australia Final 08 2017 (change2100.com) from PETRO ORINOCO, an Australian entity that has options to buy from PDVSA; or, in default by PETRO ORINOCO, THI may provide value of payment made to PETRO ORINOCO to PETROMINERAL and purchase PDVSA products, and/or from other sources, through PETROMINERAL.
CIPSA may use the FIDES IBOE held by the ECOPAY LAW FIRM, and other contracted use of FIDES IBOE, to produce a PROMISSORY NOTE (“NOTE 4”) and use 809 to process purchasing from THI.
PETROMINERAL may use the FIDES IBOE held by the ECOPAY LAW FIRM, and other contracted use of FIDES IBOE, to produce a PROMISSORY NOTE (“NOTE 5”) and use 809 to process purchasing from an END BUYER.
THI may use the FIDES IBOE held by the ECOPAY LAW FIRM, and other contracted use of FIDES IBOE, to produce a PROMISSORY NOTE (“NOTE 6”) and use 809 to process purchasing from PETROMINERAL .
WHICH MEANS THAT THE FUTURE PRODUCTION DOES NOT HAVE TO BE DELIVERED, BUT SIX PROMISSORY NOTES MUST BE PAID!
HOW?
HELP HOMELESS IN USA
Many homeless in the USA are just people down on their luck; these may be helped as per 791. HOMELESSNESS RESOLVED ONE PERSON AT A TIME (change2100.com) (“791”).
Others have serious drug addiction, alcohol addiction, health problems, and/or mental illness; these may be helped by 791 usage also funding projects as per 581. USPES HEALTH PLAN (change2100.com).
HOW IT WORKS
The economic “engine” is 530. UAWS LEVERAGE (change2100.com) (“530”).
If $250 UNITED STATES DOLLARS are used to purchase UNIFORM ADVERTISING WEEK SERVICES (“UAWS”), a CAFELET COFFEE IBOE for $750 UNITED STATES DOLLARS may be issued and processed for CLEARING as per 530.
Upon CLEARING, the full value may be used to buy more UAWS; and the process being repeated until the row showing under the heading INV. PAY TO BENEFICIARY (GREEN COLUMN) greater than the AMOUNT to be paid for NOTE 1 + NOTE 2 + NOTE 3 + NOTE 4 + NOTE 5 + NOTE 6 is reached.
The “paperwork” for each row may be produced, with each row to eventually be processed; but the immediate paperwork and processing will be for the row showing under INV. PAY TO BENEFICIARY a PAY VALUE greater than AMOUNT and that row may be processed first.
If AMOUNT is greater than $1 Billion UNITED STATES DOLLARS, additional $250 UNITED STATES DOLLARS purchases of UAWS must be made, until all value of AMOUNT is thereby made available.
Once each NOTE is paid, it would be available for reuse in the process.
PAY VALUE would be used to provide $250,000 UNITED STATES DOLLARS to PTP SALES to provide a new TOYOTA and a $50,000 UNITED STATES DOLLARS income to a homeless person, or to the USPES HEALTH PLAN to provide healthcare to homeless.
$6,000 UNITED STATES DOLLARS would be provided from PAY VALUE as the culmination of rebate processing to each entity that paid the $250 UNITED STATES DOLLARS as an initial purchase of UAWS.
The remainder of PAY VALUE would be left in an IOLTA to be accumulated for future use.
Thus, with purchases of $250 UNITED STATES DOLLARS in value of UAWS, and with satisfaction of the business referral requirements for factoring to be paid, each of the six NOTES may be paid; making them reuseable for further business.
BUSINESS REFERRALS
If you have funds available on deposit, that you may be using to undertake normal buy/sell of oil, gas, and derivatives, or other purposes, or you have a relationship with another entity that does have such a fund available, you may refer the use of that deposit to FIDES GESTION FINANCIERA, S.A.P.I. DE C.V. (“FIDES”) through the ECOPAY LAW FIRM and FIDES may negotiate with you and for you to arrange for non-depletion transactions to produce profits.
50% of profits received through FIDES would be for the holder of the deposit.
50% of profits received through FIDES may be used to provide payment for AMOUNT to satisfy all six NOTES, and thereafter would be used or disbursed as FIDES has contracted with U.S. PROFESIONALES DE EL SALVADOR, S.A. DE C.V. (“USPES”).
You may negotiate with FIDES and refer FIDES to transfer USPES funds from FIDES into platforms that trade in Currency, Crypto, Securities, Bank paper, etc., and use 50% of profits to provide payment of AMOUNT and thereafter to be used and disbursed as FIDES has contracted with USPES.
The COMPLIANCE OFFICER for FIDES holds the position of DEVELOPMENT AMBASSADOR for several municipalities in HONDURAS, as these are autonomous and sovereign; and, you may refer these municipalities for their landfills to be used; similar to oil, gas, and derivatives, as per 809.
You may refer other entities that undertake business as per 809, to pay for any purchases of any nature that they may wish to make; or to recover funds they have already spent.
You may refer entities that would like to use 791 to help homeless persons and to enjoy fruits of rebate processing.
Etc.
