ECOPAY PRICING

In every buy/sell transaction, through its ATTORNEY, ECOPAYFINANCIAL, LTD (“ECOPAY”’, a BAHAMAS firm), functions as a SUPPLIER or as a BUYER.
END BUYERS must contract with ECOPAY, and ORIGIN SUPPLIERS must contract with ECOPAY.
ECOPAY negotiates the price to be paid to an ORIGIN SUPPLIER and negotiates the price to be charged to an END BUYER.
ECOPAY may arrange payment of a SURCHARGE equal to the ORIGIN SUPPLIER price to be paid to the ORGIN SUPPLIER.
ECOPAY may arrange a REBATE to the END BUYER equal to twice the price charged to the END BUYER.
The price paid by the END BUYER will be deposited in bank coordinates specified by the ATTORNEY, to be disbursed as per instructions of ECOPAY.
The price paid to the ORIGIN SUPPLIER will be deposited by/through the ATTORNEY, as may be arranged with the ORIGIN SUPPLIER, in bank coordinates specified by the ORIGIN SUPPLIER.
A SURCHARGE, if arranged by ECOPAY, would be paid with an INTERNATIONAL BILL OF EXCHANGE (“IBOE”) issued by FIDES GESTION FINANCIERA, S.A.P.I. DE C.V. (“FIDES”).

A REBATE, if arranged by ECOPAY, would be paid with a FIDES IBOE.
A FIDES IBOE, as per ENGLISH COMMON LAW, which is part of law in THE BAHAMAS, is “to be treated as cash”.

Which means that a FIDES IBOE may be registered as a cash asset on the books of a BENEFICIARY.
Which means that a FIDES IBOE may be used as collateral for business undertaken by a BENEFICIARY.
Payment of a FIDES IBOE is as per:
“PAYMENT: Payment of this INTERNATIONAL BILL OF EXCHANGE will be made by the Beneficiary designating or opening an account (hereinafter “BENEFICIARY’S ACCOUNT”) with FIDES and requesting that the funds held on deposit and blocked for this INTERNATIONAL BILL OF EXCHANGE in account [ACCT NUMBER] be transferred to the BENEFICIARY’S ACCOUNT”
A transfer to other coordinates may be arranged as per:
“EXCHANGE OF VALUE: Value hereof may be exchanged for value within an institution that has a LEDGER TO LEDGER relationship with FIDES; or, by MT 103 sent via normal email, followed with hard copy via courier (such as FEDEX), or within an institution that accepts transfers through modes used by an institution that has a LEDGER TO LEDGER relationship with FIDES or accepts hard copy MT 103. Value hereof may also be exchanged for deposits from commerce as may be negotiated through FIDES by the BENEFICIARY hereof, or by referrals of the BENEFICIARY hereof. Exchanges may be negotiated through emails to fides-exchange@change2100.com”
SURCHARGES allow an ORIGIN SUPPLIER to profit by accepting a lower payment; and, REBATES allow an END BUYER to profit by paying an increased price.
