BUYING KERS-SERI SERICITE

A BUYER acquiring sericite through KERS-SERI, INC. (“KSI”) using 855. ECOPAY FACILITATION (change2100.com) (“855”) would pay a negotiated amount to KSI, plus the BUYER would pay a negotiated FACILITATION FEE to ECOPAYFINANCIAL, LTD (“ECOPAY”); and, KSI would allocate an additional negotiated FACILITATION FEE to ECOPAY.
In addition to receiving the sericite, the BUYER would receive a HOWSE IBOE WITH NEGOTIABLE ADDENDUMS VERSION 2.pdf (change2100.com) with HOWSE IBOE SAMPLE ADDENDUMS GTD 598.pdf (change2100.com) (“HOWSE COFFEE IBOE”) valued at twice the amount paid to KSI plus twice the FACILITATION FEE amount.
Thus, when the HOWSE COFFEE IBOE is exchanged for funds to be deposited in coordinates as specified, as per its CLEARING ADDENDUM, the BUYER would recover funds paid to KSI, plus recovery of funds paid as a FACILITATION FEE; and the BUYER would receive a profit equal to payment to KSI, plus a profit equal to payment of the FACILITATION FEE.
KSI, in addition to receiving the payment made by the BUYER, would receive a HOWSE COFFEE IBOE valued at the price charged to the BUYER for the sericite.
KSI would replace TAFI in 148. EXAMPLE DISTRIBUTION FOR PURCHASE AFTER PAYMENT TO SUPPLIER (change2100.com) (“148 D1”)
KSI would be responsible for execution of CLEARING of all HOWSE COFFEE IBOE specified herein, including those associated with 148 D1; but may request business referrals for CLEARING execution from the BENEFICIARY of each HOWSE COFFEE IBOE.
