384. SPURT EXPLANATION

SPURT EXPLANATION

March 14, 2022

In the “CRYPTO WORLD” there is a lot of room for confusion.

For example, there are separate platforms where SPURT shows up, but it is not the same SPURT as may show on another platform.

In www.change2100.com, when referring to SPURT, it is the SPURT with the specific registered digital address 0x1D48f0A2c5713BfEd0D506508d5d2c6F8530B28b

See https://myspurt.org/spurt-crypto-(1)/spurt-white-paper-for-ethereum

When determining whether or not a SPURT is the SPURT referenced in www.change2100.com the registered digital address must be checked.

In https://www.chips-corner.com/IRS%20ADVISORY%20NOTICE%202014-21.pdf the USA IRS defined “VIRTUAL CURRENCY”

Later, the USA CFTC decided that VIRTUAL MONEY is a commodity and that it would be regulated accordingly.

See https://www.chips-corner.com/Bitcoin%20Is%20Officially%20a%20Commodity.pdf

Later, the rule became that, trading in VIRTUAL CURRENCY had to take place on a licensed PLATFORM.

The term CRYPTO CURRENCY came to mean VIRTUAL CURRENCY registered on a licensed PLATFORM.

The SPURT referenced in www.change2100.com began as VIRTUAL CURRENCY within https://www.myspurt.org/home

Later, the SPURT in https://www.myspurt.org/home was registered on a PLATFORM that uses METAMASK WALLETS for trading.

SPURT registered in METAMASK WALLETS may include SPURT owned by entities associated with www.change2100.com

But that does not need to be, unless the intent is to undertake trading with the SPURT.

It is also important to note that a value shown for CRYPTO  traded through licensed PLATFORMS only relates to history of trading that has taken place, and does not restrict the value at which the commodity listed may be bought or sold through a licensed PLATFORM, or through normal PURCHASE ORDERS and INVOICES, or through private contracts.

The value used in a purchase transaction is a private matter between the BUYER and the SELLER.

A SELLER may choose to sell only if the SELLER’s price is met, and a BUYER may choose to accept a SELLER’s price.

As for SPURT used by HOWSE SERVICES, INC (“HOWSE”) in its business undertakings, HOWSE values that SPURT at $20 UNITED STATES DOLLARS each.

When HOWSE issues an INTERNATIONAL BILL OF EXCHANGE (“IBOE”) collateralized by SPURT, HOWSE may agree to a different value if payment of the IBOE is required by the BENEFICIARY to be made with SPURT, instead of using the EXCHANGE OF VALUE and the COMMERCE clauses of the IBOE to receive payment deposited into bank coordinates as the BENEFICIARY may determine; but in that case, HOWSE would contractually require the SPURT to be resold to HOWSE at the same value when the EXCHANGE OF VALUE and COMMERCE clauses are executed.

It should also be noted that, in the event there is a confusion about which digital coin is referred to when using the term SPURT, if that coin is registered on a trading PLATFORM, there is a public option to buy it, which means that it could be bought by HOWSE and negotiated to be sold to the BENEFICIARY if so desired!
