ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR FUNDS

At a major USA airport, a passenger tried to pay excess baggage with FEDERAL RESERVE NOTES, which are USA LEGAL TENDER; and the payment was not accepted.
The airline would only accept DEBIT or CREDIT cards.
So, the passenger had to purchase a pre-paid DEBIT card through a machine, and use the card to pay for excess baggage.
If you have an account with APEX CAPITAL RESERVE BANK INC (“ACRBI”) you may legally use funds deposited therein to make payments or do business, but the entity you are negotiating with may or may not accept your funds.
So, you may purchase pre-paid DEBIT cards, or anything else, as per 1053. ACRBI BANK DRAFT CLEARED WITH COFFEE; or, arrange purchases of anything through ECOPAYFINANCIAL, LLC (“ECOPAY”, BAHAMAS), resell the items purchased, and use funds thus obtained to complete your business with the entity you are negotiating with.
