CAFELET LLC is a Texas USA sister firm to CAFELET in El Salvador.
1. Negotiate price and terms to buy coffee from any source you may specify, in any form you may specify, with shipping as you may specify, through CAFELET.
2. For each $50,000 UNITED STATES DOLLARS of price, include an additional $1,000 UNITED STATES DOLLARS for CAFELET to pay for publication of this advertisement.
3. As per negotiated terms and advertising payments, issue a PURCHASE ORDER to CAFELET.
4. As per negotiated terms, CAFELET will issue an INVOICE
5. Pay the INVOICE through a Texas IOLTA of an Attorney that is a USA Federal Court Officer, designated in the INVOICE, or through a “FIDEICOMISO” of an Attorney in El Salvador, designated in the INVOICE.
6. Receive the coffee as stipulated in negotiated terms of the INVOICE, which will match terms of the PURCHASE ORDER.
7.
