SIMMTRONICS IS MOVING ITS MANUFACTURING TO THE USA
BUYERS that wish to purchase products to be produced in the USA by SIMMTRONICS may issue PURCHASE ORDERS for future delivery of product once produced.
SIMMTRONICS may accept a PURCHASE ORDER and provide an INVOICE for future delivery of product once produced.
EXAMPLE
A BUYER, wishing to acquire $300 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS of SIMMTRONICS product future production, may acquire UNIFORM ADVERTISING WEEK SERVICES (“UAWS”) of that value, for the benefit of SIMMTRONICS.
The purchase of UAWS would be arranged by an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR selected by SIMMTRONICS.
To pay for the purchase of UAWS, the BUYER may provide $20 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS out-of-pocket, plus use $280 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS in commercial credit, supported by SIMMTRONICS.
SIMMTRONICS may provide an ACRB BANK DRAFT valued at $400 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS as collateral for the credit used by the BUYER to purchase the UAWS.
As a result of that purchase, the BUYER would receive $600 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS value of VIRTUAL CURRENCY, as a REBATE, registered for the BUYER in TRUSt (change2100.com).
The BUYER may request an exchange of value held in TRUSt, through a commercial process, to receive $900 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS.
$300 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS, of the $900 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS, would be deposited into an ACRBI account designated by SIMMTRONICS, as full payment for the purchase.
Items purchased would be delivered, once produced, as per a PURCHASE ORDER issued by the BUYER and an INVOICE issued by SIMMTRONICS.
$600 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS, remainder of the $900 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS, would be provided to the BUYER into an ACRBI account designated by the BUYER.
The $600 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS would provide full return of 200% of funds used to pay for UAWS.
That would provide $280 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS for the BUYER to pay the credit used to purchase the UAWS, releasing the $400 Million ACRBI BANK DRAFT collateral provided by SIMMTRONICS.
It would also provide the BUYER a return of $20 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS used to pay for UAWS.
Leaving $300 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS as profit to the BUYER for undertaking the process
In summary, by paying $20 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS out-of-pocket:
The BUYER can obtain full return of $20 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS;
Plus, receive $300 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS of products offered by SIMMTRONICS once they are produced;
Plus, receive $300 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS income.
Plus, repeat as may be negotiated with SIMMTRONICS.
NEGOTIATE TRANSACTION
The numbers in the EXAMPLE may be adjusted through negotiation.
