USPES JVA PARTNERS have access to funds deposited in ACRBI.
A PARTNER may use funds deposited in ACRBI to purchase UNIFORM ADVERTISING WEEK SERVICES (“UAWS”) on credit, so a PARTNER does not need to rely on ACRBI BANK DRAFTS issued for SIMMTRONICS as the basis for purchasing UAWS as per 1067. SIMMTRONICS USA, LLC (change2100.com) (“1067”).
By repetitively using 1067, a PARTNER may accrue continuing profits as per the JVA.
However, after purchasing the SIMMTRONICS future production, as per 1067, subject to approval by CAFELET, LLC (as required by the JVA), the PARTNER may resell to selected END BUYERS.
END BUYERS may undertake to purchase from a PARTNER, following the pattern of 1067.
Thus, END BUYERS may obtain SIMMTRONICS products with net-zero cost, plus income equal to the price charged by the PARTNER to END BUYERS.
