A USPES JVA PARTNER has requested funding of $8 Billion UNITED STATES DOLLARS to be deposited in coordinates as the PARTNER may designate to be used by the PARTNER to provide DISASTER RELIEF without repayment!
The PARTNER may obtain that amount plus an equal value profit by using the following process.
ACCELERATED FUNDING
CAFELET, LLC (“CAFELET”, Texas USA) may open a CAFELET sub-account in (“ACRBI”) and deposit $16 Billion UNITED STATES DOLLARS as full payment for DISASTER RELIEF on INVOICE plus $8 Billion for immediate use by the USPES JVA with the PARTNER for immediate income to be used as per the JVA to provide help as the PARTNER may determine.
CAFELET may request ACRBI BANK DRAFTS be issued and CLEARED as per 1080. OPEN LETTER TO USPES JVA PARTNERS (change2100.com) as may be determined by the USPES JVA PARTNER.
For recovery of the funds, plus additional income, the following protocols may be followed.
UAWS CREDIT PURCHASE
The PARTNER may purchase $100 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS in UNIFORM ADVERTISING WEEK SERVICES (“UAWS”) using commercial credit of that value based on funds currently held on deposit in ACRBI for the PARTNER, for the benefit of CAFELET, LLC (“CAFELET”, Texas USA).
UAWS PURCHASE REBATE
As a result, CAFELET may receive a REBATE in VIRTUAL CURRENCY registered in TRUSt (change2100.com) valued at $200 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS.
HOWSE COFFEE IBOE
CAFELET may request the VIRTUAL CURRENCY in TRUSt be exchanged for a 136. HOWSE IBOE WITH NEGOTIABLE ADDENDUMS VERSION 2 (change2100.com) with HOWSE IBOE SAMPLE ADDENDUMS GTD 598.pdf (change2100.com) (“598”), valued at 150% of the value of the VIRTUAL CURRENCY, or $300 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS.
CLEARING THE IBOE AS PER 598
The $300 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS IBOE may be cleared by CAFELET purchasing $600 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS worth of future production of COFFEE from U.S. PROFESIONALES DE EL SALVADOR, S.A. DE C.V. (“USPES”, El Salvador), and reselling it to OCHO L.B., S.A. DE C.V. (“OCHO”, El Salvador) for $900 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS.
COFFEE INVOICE
A COFFEE INVOICE, issued by CAFELET to OCHO L.B., S.A. DE C.V. (“OCHO”, El Salvador), as per 598, for $900 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS may be presented to ESQS PARTNERS, LLC (“ESQS”) to be factored, with ESQS providing 100% of value ($900 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS) to CAFELET.
When ESQS pays CAFELET $900 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS, by factoring the COFFEE INVOICE without discounting it, CAFELET would retain $300 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS as profit from the COFFEE transaction, and would pay USPES $600 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS.
SOURCE OF ESQS FUNDS
ESQS may borrow the funds for factoring from FIDES GESTION FINANCIERA, S.A.P.I. DE C.V. (“FIDES”, Monterey N.L. Mexico).
SOURCE OF FIDES FUNDS
FIDES may obtain the funds from U.S. PROFESIONALES DE EL SALVADOR, S.A. DE C.V. (“USPES”), which USPES holds on deposit with ACRB, as per a JVA between FIDES and USPES.

PAYMENT OF UAWS CREDIT
CAFELET would pay the $100 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS credit used by the PARTNER to purchase the UAWS.
DISASTER RELIEF ACCELERATED FUNDING RECOVERY
CAFELET would allocate $50 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS for recovery of ACCELERATED FUNDING provided for DISASTER RELIEF.
USPES JVA ACCELERATED FUNDING RECOVERY
CAFELET would allocate $50 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS for recovery of ACCELERATED FUNDING provided to the USPES JVA for use as determined by the PARTNER.
FUTURE DISASTER RELIEF PROJECTS
CAFELET would retain $100 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS to be held for future DISASTER RELIEF PROJECTS.
ESQS REPAYMENT TO FIDES
ESQS may repay the loan made by FIDES through collection of the COFFEE INVOICE, when paid by OCHO, and ESQS may profit by income from other business that CAFELET may refer to ESQS.
TRANSFER FROM ACRBI TO OTHER COORDINATES
In execution of the process as defined, the only amount that must be transferred to other coordinates is the $100 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS for DISASTER RELIEF, with all other amounts being held on deposit in accounts in ACRBI.
To execute the transfer of $100 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS from ACRBI to other coordinates, CAFELET may cooperate with the PARTNER to execute 1080. OPEN LETTER TO USPES JVA PARTNERS (change2100.com)
ADDITIONAL FUNDING
The process described herein may be repeated with increased values, and/or with multiple EXCHANGE SERVICE PROVIDERS, to fully satisfy the $8 Billion UNITED STATES DOLLARS DISASTER RELIEF needs.
FUNDING FOR OCHO AND ESQS TO PROVIDE PAYMENTS AS INDICATED
OCHO may pay INVOICES and ESQS may repay FIDES loans, by executing 1079. BUY PALLETS FULL OF MONEY (change2100.com) or similar commerce.
