If you qualify in every way to have an account with ACRBI, but you cannot afford the required fees and deposit amounts, ECOPAYFINANCIAL, LLC (“ECOPAY”) may arrange a SURROGATE to transact business with ACRBI on your behalf.
In return you would be required to refer commercial business to ECOPAY for fees and required deposits to be recovered with continual profits for you, for the SURROGATE, and for ECOPAY.
