3008. ELIMINATE DEBT

ELIMINATE DEBT

JANUARY 4, 2025

Whether a debt is small or very large, it has been proven in Court that payment using an INTERNATIONAL BILL OF EXCHANGE (“IBOE”), issued by FIDES GESTION FINANCIERA, S.A.P.I. DE C.V (“FIDES”), must be accepted to satisfy the debt.

If the payment is rejected, the debt is to be discharged.

See 25. COURT DISMISSAL PRECEDENT

Because FIDES holds very significant deposits in APEX CAPITAL RESERVE BANK, INC. (“ACRBI”), FIDES IBOE may be exchanged for funds held in ACRBI.

Funds held in ACRBI may be exchanged for funds deposited in any bank that accepts transfers using LEDGER TO LEDGER, or using eBANQ API, or using KTT.

If the bank to receive the funds does not accept those methods of transfer, it may designate an intermediary bank that does accept, that will then transfer funds using a method the receiving bank will accept.

However, to offer their service, an intermediary bank may require a significant discount.

To overcome that, the protocols 3002. MAKING IT HAPPEN and 3003. MODEL FOR 3002 IN EXCEL may be used; in which case FIDES may use the funds to be transferred, plus investment of other funds held by FIDES, to obtain the USPES PROMISSORY NOTES required by those protocols.

If a bank cannot identify an appropriate intermediary, then a USPES JVA PARTNER that has identified an INTERMEDIARY BANK may be requested to intervene.

In short, every bank may identify and use an intermediary bank to process the transfers.

Thus, there is no legal, policy, or restriction that need stand in the way of using FIDES IBOE, or any other legal form of cash that may be underpinned with a FIDES IBOE, to pay business or banking debt, even without cooperation by a receiving entity!

This protocol allows USPES JVA PARTNERS to identify people, businesses, and governments that are burdened with debt, and help them resolve their debt by using “non-recourse credit” offered by USPES JVA PARTNERS.
