USPES PROMISSORY NOTES
Subject to approval by U.S. PROFESIONALES DE EL SALVADOR, S.A. DE C.V. (“USPES”), you may negotiate through an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR (“CONTRACTOR”), to purchase UNIFORM ADVERTISING WEEK SERVICES (“UAWS”) offered by USPES, using a combination of cash funds and credit.
Instead of a REBATE registered in TRUSt, you may receive as lagniappe three 3000. U.S. PROFESIONALES DE EL SALVADOR, S.A. DE C.V. PROMISSORY NOTE, with you as the PAYEE, each for an amount equal to 100% of the amount paid for UAWS.
Subject to approval by USPES, one USPES PROMISSORY NOTE may be allocated to recover cash value and credit value used to purchase the UAWS.
Subject to approval by USPES, one USPES PROMISSORY NOTE may be allocated to fund a purchase or make a payment as you may determine.
Subject to approval by USPES, one USPES PROMISSORY NOTE may be retained by you to be used as you may determine.
Each USPES PROMISSORY NOTE issued is collateralized 100% by value held by USPES with FIDES GESTION FINANCIERA, S.A.P.I. DE C.V. (“FIDES”).
FIDES may hold value backing USPES PROMISSORY NOTES in an account that FIDES has with a FIDES DEPOSITORY.
Other commercial business may also be transacted to receive a USPES PROMISSORY NOTE.
As per 353. PRECEDENT COURT CASE RULING THAT IBOE AND PN ARE CASH FUNDS, a USPES PROMISSORY NOTE is to be “treated as cash”.
CLEARING A USPES PROMISSORY NOTE THROUGH A FIDES DEPOSITORY
A USPES PROMISSORY NOTE, with value held by FIDES in a FIDES DEPOSITORY, may be CLEARED and its value transferred, to coordinates selected by the PAYEE, by FIDES requesting that the FIDES DEPOSITORY provide a BLACK SCREEN showing a debit of that value in the FIDES DEPOSITORY, and requesting that the FIDES DEPOSITORY ask for a BLACK SCREEN, showing an equal value credit, to be provided by the receiving institution.
A USPES PROMISSORY NOTE, with value held by FIDES in a FIDES DEPOSITORY, may be CLEARED and its value transferred, to coordinates selected by the PAYEE, by the FIDES DEPOSITORY arranging the transfer using API, such as APEX API Steps 2024.05.20v4 10-17-2024.pdf (“1091”) with password “apiapi”, or using KTT, such as 150. ACRBI KTT MT199 PRE-ADVICE PROCEDURES (“1092”) with password “kttktt”, or other BANK RAILS that the FIDES DEPOSITORY may have use of.
CLEARING A USPES PROMISSORY NOTE USING COMMERCE
A USPES PROMISSORY NOTE, irrespective of where FIDES holds collateral value, may be CLEARED and its value transferred, to coordinates selected by the PAYEE, by FIDES arranging the transfer using 1053. DRAFT OR PROMISSORY NOTE CLEARED WITH COFFEE (“1053”), 2000. USPES AND FIDES COMMERCIAL EXCHANGE SERVICE (“2000”), 2001. WHERE BUYER MONEY MAY COME FROM (“2001”), 2002. OCHO SERVICE (“2002”), 2003. USPES JVA PARTNER COMMERCE (“2003”), 2004. USPES JVA PARTNER PURCHASES FROM VENDORS (“2004”), and 2005. UAWS INCOME (“2005”).
When using 1053, an EXCHANGE SERVICE PROVIDER (“ESP”) selected by USPES is required.
For an ESP to undertake an exchange, although the ESP may advance funds for the exchange, the BENEFICIARY must refer business that ESP may execute using 2000. USPES AND FIDES COMMERCIAL EXCHANGE SERVICE (“2000”) for the ESP to recover or make the exchange with profit, as may be determined by the ESP.
For execution of 2000, the ESP may rely on 2001. WHERE BUYER MONEY MAY COME FROM, on 2002. OCHO SERVICE, on 2003. USPES JVA PARTNER COMMERCE, on 2004. USPES JVA PARTNER PURCHASES FROM VENDORS, and on 2005. UAWS INCOME.
PROCESS – NOT AN EVENT
In summary, “MAKING IT HAPPEN” is a process, not an event, in which full cooperation by all parties involved must be religiously followed, as a misstep may obstruct “MAKING IT HAPPEN”.
“Cooperation” requires a firm commitment by each party to do whatever it takes to accomplish “MAKING IT HAPPEN”.
Thus, unless you are fully committed to “MAKING IT HAPPEN”, you should not use the protocols described in this publication.
That is, for every step, you must be committed to fully cooperate!
Also, use of this protocol may require an additional purchase of UAWS by you or a SURROGATE, as may be negotiated with a CONTRACTOR.
