USPES JVA PARTNERS qualify to buy any product or service using money they have access to, deposited with APEX CAPITAL RESERVE BANK, INC. (“ACRBI”).
A VENDOR may use an account with ACRBI to receive payments from USPES JVA PARTNERS.
A VENDOR may request payment to be deposited in another INSTITUTION.
In that case, a VENDOR may issue an INVOICE and arrange for the INSTITUTION to accept payment through methods available to USPES JVA PARTNERS.
Or, a USPES JVA PARTNER may accept an INVOICE and have another entity make the payment on behalf of the USPES JVA PARTNER using methods acceptable to the INSTITUTION.
The other entity may be a BUYER that does business with a USPES JVA PARTNER.
For example, a BUYER may make the payment on behalf of a USPES JVA PARTNER, by contracting to buy products and services through the USPES JVA PARTNER, and be reimbursed twice the amount paid, by the USPES JVA PARTNER using SUCCESSFUL ADVERTISING GUARANTEED to undertake business with the BUYER.
And, the VENDOR and/or the BUYER may undertake or refer business as per BUSINESS EXCHANGING OF NOTES to the USPES JVA PARTNER, from which all required monies may be obtained.
