HONDURAS PROJECT FUNDING

All projects will be funded on a cost plus basis.
A MAJOR GENERAL CONTRACTOR is a USPES JVA PARTNER and is a GENERAL CONTRACTOR.
TECNOGROUP is a USPES JVA PARTNER and is a GENERAL CONTRACTOR.
PROFITMANIA is a USPES JVA PARTNER and is a source of financial resources.
The TECNOGROUP JVA shall INVOICE the MAJOR GENERAL CONTRACTOR JVA, as BUYER, for expenditures related to HONDURAS projects.
TECNOGROUP JVA shall execute BUYING AT NET ZERO COST WITH EQUAL VALUE INCOME (“3037”) for each INVOICE.
In 3037 execution by TECNOGROUP JVA, the MAJOR GENERAL CONTRACTOR JVA, as BUYER, shall receive the items on the INVOICE at zero net cost plus an equal value income.
The DEPOSITOR shall be the PROFITMANIA JVA.
PROFITMANIA JVA shall use MAKING IT HAPPEN and MODEL FOR 3002 IN EXCEL to obtain funds to function as DEPOSITOR in 3037.
TECNOGROUP JVA shall use 3037 to provide MAJOR GENERAL CONTRACTOR JVA products and services needed at net zero cost plus an equal value income.
THE MAJOR GENERAL CONTRACTOR JVA shall resell to END BUYERS as per 3037, with PROFITMANIA as DEPOSITOR.
TECNOGROUP JVA shall purchase from SUPPLIERS, local or international, or using CAFELET, LLC as a SURROGATE, as per 3037, with PROFITMANIA JVA as DEPOSITOR.
Details must be “fleshed out”, as part of work orders to be satisfied and paid, by each participant in the projects.
