FIDES AND PPA

FIDES GESTION FINANCIERA, S.A.P.I. DE C.V. (“FIDES”) is a “PROMOTORA DE INVERSIONES” or “INVESTMENT PROMOTOR”; that is, they are legally authorized to do so!
FIDES is also a USPES JVA PARTNER; which means they may use funds provided by or through other USPES JVA PARTNERS to undertake investments, including POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENTS (“PPA”) offered by Home | SOBE Thermal Energy Systems (“SOBE”); as SOBE is also a USPES JVA PARTNER.
Any USPES JVA PARTNER may undertake buying and selling of SOBE PPA as per 3078. NOTHING NEW UNDER THE SUN (“3078”).
Any USPES JVA PARTNER may function as an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR and as a CENTER, in using UNIFORM ADVERTISING WEEK SERVICES (“UAWS”) and DEPOSITS IN TIER 1 BANKS, or allowing any entity that wants to benefit thereby, to provide capital for the execution of PPA buy/sells as per 3078.
For example, a HEDGE FUND may accept funds from clients to undertake CURRENCY TRADING, CARBON CREDIT TRADING, CRYPTO TRADING, GOLD TRADING, OIL & GAS TRADING, STOCKS and BONDS TRADING, BANK PAPER TRADING, SENIOR LIFE POLICY TRADING, etc.
A HEDGE FUND that accepts major deposits from a USPES JVA PARTNER may be authorized to use such as proof of capability to undertake approved investments; and, may also further enhance profits for their clients and themselves by using the profits to further undertake SOBE PPA TRADING through FIDES, by being referred to FIDES by a USPES JVA PARTNER.
Plus, by doing so, a HEDGE FUND may open the door for every client to take advantage of 205. REPLACING VALUE THAT HAS BEEN LOST FOR ANY REASON (“205”) and profit from previous loss; and, for a client to eliminate risk of loss in the future.
By informing clients and prospective clients about 205, since payments for any reason, including TARIFFS, may be considered loss of funds, a HEDGE FUND may couple 205 with 3078 and turn loss into income!
USPES JVA PARTNERS may refer you to HEDGE FUNDS that can legally interface with FIDES to provide benefits as per 205 and 3078; why not check it out?!
