Each USPES JVA PARTNER is automatically scheduled to receive $200 Million UNITED STATES DOLLARS for each PPA buy/sell execution.
There is no requirement other than to sign the necessary paperwork as prepared by the USPES JVA PARTNER, TRIDENT LAKES.
The requisite $133,333, 333.34 value of UAWS purchase requirement will be paid using 100% credit, based on the USPES JV account in APEX CAPITAL RESERVE BANK INC. (“ACRBI”).
However, the USPES JVA PARTNER is also an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR and a CENTER; which includes the business responsibility of promoting payment of the credit used by helping parties that are not USPES JVA PARTNERS to do business with FIDES GESTION FINANCIERA, S.A.P.I . DE C.V. (“FIDES”) as per 3079. FIDES AND PPA (“3079”).
And, to arrange through FIDES the use of $10 Million or more UNITED STATES DOLLARS to be held on deposit in a sub-account in APEX CAPITAL RESERVE BANK INC., which may be invested by FIDES to provide continual income.
