DEPOSITING FUNDS IN ACRBI

To assure AML COMPLIANCE, the Principal Owner of APEX CAPITAL RESERVE BANK INC (“ACRBI”) has instituted a commercial procedure to obtain value on deposit with ACRBI using values deposited elsewhere.
All funds, which may qualify for transfer via any legitimate BANK RAILS, may be deposited with ACRBI by being used to purchase UNIFORM ADVERTISING WEEK SERVICES (“UAWS”), for the benefit of ACRBI, through a site indicated by an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR (“CONTRACTOR”).
The UAWS purchase may be paid by transferring the funds to an account to be stipulated by email once the order has been placed; or, subject to approval by ACRBI, arrangements may be made for the payment funds to remain with the sending institution in an approved account.
Through commercial REBATE processing, an equal value would be deposited into a pre-arranged receiving account within ACRBI, for benefit to the party
Arrangements may be made for funds in an ACRBI account to repeatedly be used in non-depletion transactions to make purchases of any product or service; and, funds in an ACRBI account may be transferred to any other institution by execution of the protocol 1084.
