The following is presented by CAFELET, LLC (“CAFELET”), as CAFELET approval is required for any use of funds by a USPES JVA PARTNER.
Any interested entity may apply to be a PROJECT PROPONENT.
The PROJECT PROPONENT is responsible for identifying VENDORS.
A VENDOR is required to follow 21. SUCCESSFUL ADVERTISING GUARANTEED (change2100.com) (“21”), purchasing UNIFORM ADVERTISING WEEK SERVICES (“UAWS) equal in value to each INVOICE for products and services the VENDOR may issue.
An INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR (“CONTRACTOR”) may assist.
If a proposed VENDOR is not ready willing and able to follow 21, a CONTRACTOR may assign a USPES JVA PARTNER to be a SURROGATE for the VENDOR.
By following 21, a VENDOR, or a SURROGATE buying from the VENDOR, will receive a return of funds in the form of an ACRBI BANK DRAFT being issued, plus an equal value income for INVOICE being paid to the VENDOR or SURROGATE in the form of an ACRBI BANK DRAFT being issued, plus an equal value profit in the form of an ACRBI BANK DRAFT being issued.
The ACRBI BANK DRAFT received as profit will be accepted as payment for another round of UAWS, providing the VENDOR or SURROGATE twice the value in the form of two ACRBI BANK DRAFTS, and providing the BUYER an equal value ACRBI BANK DRAFT as income, as well as the products and services INVOICED at no cost to the BUYER.
ACRBI BANK DRAFTS may be exchanged for deposits anywhere by executing 1038. ADVISORY REGARDING TRANSFERING FUNDS FROM ACRBI (change2100.com), 1039. LEGAL PROTECTION AND ACCEPTANCE REQUIREMENTS (change2100.com), 1040. WARNING (change2100.com), 1080. OPEN LETTER TO USPES JVA PARTNERS (change2100.com), and/or 1084. OPEN LETTER TO ACRBI ACCOUNT HOLDERS FOR USE WITH OTHER INSTITUTIONS (change2100.com)
For a VENDOR, a SURROGATE, or a BUYER to participate in this plan, each must provide a proposed use of funds as well as a contracted channel to exchange ACRBI BANK DRAFTS for funds deposited anywhere that CAFELET may approve.
